A well-established and growing workers’ compensation defense firm has an opportunity for a DEFENSE ATTORNEY in their Los Angeles (LAX) office. If you have 1-2 years’ experience defending workers’ compensation cases, then we want to hear from you! Successful candidates will possess strong negotiation and litigation skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must also possess a Juris Doctorate degree and be a licensed member in good standing with the California State Bar.Selected candidates will handle all phases of litigation, with ethical standards as established by state law, from inception to trial. Position requires travel to all workers’ compensation appeals boards (WCAB) throughout Southern California.
